The program schedule view
When you build a program, it shows up on the dashboard as a collapsible card with all weeks listed. Each week header shows how many workouts are done, ready, or upcoming. Click a week to expand and see each day.
Every workout has a Start or Go button when it's ready. 'Go' means it's today's scheduled workout. 'Start' means it's scheduled for a future date but you can do it anyway if you want.
Edit mode
Click Edit in the program header to reveal controls for each entry.
Moving a workout to a different date
- Click Edit on the program card.
- Click Move next to the workout you want to reschedule.
- Pick a new date from the date picker.
- The workout moves and the day of week updates automatically.
Deleting a single workout
Click Delete next to the entry. This removes that specific workout and its data (secure link, logged sets if any). The program continues with the remaining workouts.
Deleting the whole program
In Edit mode, click Delete Program at the top of the card. This removes the entire program and every workout inside it. Use this if you want to start fresh — you can only have one active program at a time.
Important
Deletion is permanent. If you delete a workout you've already done, the logged data goes with it.
