AI Coach Feedback — getting analysis of your training

How to get personalized coaching feedback on your entire training profile.

Updated April 12, 2026

What it is

AI Coach Feedback gives you a comprehensive analysis of your training: what's working, what's lagging, recovery trends, and specific recommendations for the next few weeks. It reads your entire profile — workout history, check-in trends, goals, restrictions — and writes up a structured coaching report.

Think of it as asking an experienced coach 'how am I doing and what should I focus on?' and getting a thoughtful answer grounded in your actual data.

What it analyzes

  • Your last 10 workouts with actual sets, reps, and weights logged
  • Your last 14 days of daily check-ins
  • Your active goals
  • Your profile: experience level, restrictions, equipment, lift stats

What you get back

Five sections:

  • Progress Summary — what's going well, PRs, notable improvements
  • Areas to Improve — lagging muscles, volume issues, imbalances
  • Recovery & Wellness — analysis of check-in trends, overtraining signs
  • Recommendations — 3-5 specific actions for the next 2-4 weeks
  • Goal Check — how you're tracking toward your stated goal

Credit cost

1 AI credit per request. On the free tier that's 1 of your 3 monthly credits.

Feedback history

Past feedback is saved on your account for up to 5 years. You can view old feedback in the dashboard's AI Coach Feedback section — scroll down past the current feedback to see timestamps of previous analyses. This lets you compare how you've progressed over months.

You can delete individual feedback entries or all feedback history from the Data & Privacy section in your settings.

Tip

Feedback is most useful after you've logged at least 5-10 workouts. With no training data, the AI has nothing to analyze and the feedback will be generic. Give it something to work with first.
