Messaging clients and AI-drafted follow-ups

How messaging works and how the AI helps you stay on top of client communication.

Updated April 12, 2026

Basic messaging

From any client's page, click Messages to open the conversation. Type, hit send, it shows up in their portal. They can reply from their side and you get notified. File uploads (images, form videos) are supported on both sides.

AI-drafted follow-ups

The AI watches for clients who need attention — skipped sessions, high soreness trends, dropping completion rates, low ratings. When it detects something, it drafts a follow-up message in your coaching voice and puts it in your Drafts section on the dashboard.

You review the draft, edit if needed, and hit Send. The AI never sends anything directly — it just writes the first version so you're not staring at a blank box.

Why this matters

The biggest risk to your coaching business is losing clients because they felt forgotten. A client who skips 3 sessions and hears nothing from you mentally checks out. The AI catches these situations before you even notice them and gives you a one-click way to reach out.

Tuning the AI voice

Your AI preferences (Settings → AI Preferences) include tone, approach, favorite exercises, avoid list, and custom rules. These affect not just routine generation but also message drafts. Set your tone once — warm, direct, casual, detailed — and every AI-drafted message matches it.

Note

Messages between you and clients may be used by the AI to better personalize exercise programming. This is disclosed in your Terms of Service and your client's agreement. Nothing is shared outside the platform.
