Resetting your password

Forgot password flow

1. Go to ptlabapp.com/forgot.
2. Enter the email you signed up with.
3. Click Send Reset Link.
4. Check your email for the reset link (including spam folder).
5. Click the link and set a new password (at least 8 characters).
6. Log in with your new password.

The system auto-detects whether your email is a coach account or a client account and sends the right reset link. You don't need to pick a user type.

Reset link expired?

Reset links are valid for 1 hour. If yours expired, just submit the forgot password form again to get a new one.

Not receiving the email?

• Check your spam folder first.
• Make sure you typed the email correctly and used the one you actually signed up with.
• If you still can't find it after 5 minutes, contact [email protected] and we can manually send one.

For privacy reasons, we always return 'ok' whether or not the email exists in our system. This prevents people from checking which emails have accounts. If you're sure the email is right and the link never arrives, contact support.
