Check the active routine card
The most recently generated single routine shows up at the top of your dashboard as a 'Ready to go' card. If you've generated multiple routines in a row, only the latest one is highlighted there.
Program workouts
If you used the program builder, the workouts are inside the program card on your dashboard. Click a week to expand and see individual days. Each day has a Start or Go button.
The routine exists but the link expired
Standalone routines have a 7-day secure link. Program entry links are 14 days. If you generated a routine more than a week ago and the link is gone, the routine is gone with it — generate a new one.
Checking your history
Completed workouts show up in the Recent Workouts section of the dashboard. These are for reference only — you can't re-run them because the link has expired.
Tip
If you want to save a routine long-term, log it and reference it later through the exercise history browser instead of trying to re-run the same routine.
