Common errors
'AI service unavailable'
This usually means a temporary issue with the upstream AI coach. Wait 30 seconds and try again. If it persists for more than a few minutes, check back later or contact support.
'Monthly AI limit reached'
You've used all your credits for the current cycle. Check the dashboard for your reset date. You can still build workouts manually.
'Please verify your email'
Your email isn't verified yet. Check your inbox for the verification email, or click Resend from the dashboard gate/banner.
'You already have an active program'
You can only have one active program at a time. Delete or complete the existing one from the Edit button on the program card before building a new one.
If the AI call takes forever
Normal generation takes 15-40 seconds depending on complexity. Programs with many weeks take longer because the AI generates each week separately. If you see a loading spinner for more than 90 seconds, the call probably timed out — try again.
If the AI produced weird output
Occasionally the AI produces something that doesn't quite fit your profile — wrong equipment, wrong difficulty, missed restrictions. You have two options:
- Generate again with clearer notes, e.g., 'I only have dumbbells' or 'Skip overhead work.'
- Use the manual builder to fix the routine yourself without using a credit.

AI errors do not refund your credit automatically. If an error cost you a credit and the output was unusable, contact [email protected] with the details and we'll refund it.
