Free Starter (coach)

  • 10 AI generations per month (shared across all clients)
  • All Pro features — routine generation, program builder, coaching insights, messaging, check-ins, exercise progress tracking
  • Curated exercise library plus custom exercise support
  • Email notifications
  • Daily check-ins for clients
  • Automated client engagement (AI drafts follow-up messages)

Same philosophy: the cap is clients and AI calls. Every feature is available. When you outgrow 3 clients or 10 generations, you can upgrade without losing anything.

What's NOT in the free tiers

Paid-only features (coming with Stripe integration):

Note

You'll never be shown a locked feature on the free tier. If a feature exists in the UI for your plan, you can use it. If a feature is locked, it's just not shown.
