Verifying your email

Why we require it, what to do if the email doesn't arrive, and how to resend.

Updated April 12, 2026

Why we require email verification

Two reasons. First, it prevents bots and fake accounts from abusing free AI credits. Second, it means if you ever need a password reset or account recovery, we can reach you at an email you actually control.

You can sign up without verifying, but you can't use any AI features until you do. Self-coached users see a full-screen gate; coaches see a banner at the top of the dashboard.

Didn't receive the email?

  1. Check your spam or junk folder. Verification emails sometimes land there.
  2. Make sure you typed your email correctly during signup.
  3. On the self-coached dashboard gate or the coach dashboard banner, click Resend.
  4. Wait a minute or two — some email coaches delay first-time senders.
  5. If it still doesn't arrive after 10 minutes, contact [email protected] and we'll manually verify your account.

Link expired?

Verification links are valid for 24 hours. If yours expired, click Resend and check your inbox for a fresh one. There's no penalty for requesting a new link.

Note

We don't send marketing emails to verified users. The only emails you'll get are: verification and password reset.
